My initial contact was with Jimmy Waters and he was very helpful in determining what I needed and complying with my schedule. I replaced two garage doors in my shop. David and Matt came out to do the work. They did a fantastic job, answered every question I had, and didn't stop till the job was finished. I cannot say enough good things about this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We called for a quote and within one day, Kelly Frank, had set up an appointment with us. Due to weather, the appointment had to be rescheduled, but the communication from Kelly was fantastic. She sat with us for about an hour to discuss our needs. We did not feel pressured or like she was trying to sell us. My wife and I were heading out of town for a few days and Evansville Garage Door was able to get to our house and replace the spring in less than three hours from our initial phone call. Can't say enough good things about my experience so far with Evansville Garage Doors. Kelly Frank has been SO helpful. I called to get a quote and she came out the next day and spent about an hour with me going over everything and answering all of my questions, and many emails after. Can't wait to have my new door installed. Their prices were just a little lower than the other places I contacted but the treatment I got and the fact that they offer the metal wrapping for the garage door frame made them a one stop shop for us and made my decision easy.
